All readings are done via email or private message, i do not do these face to face. 

 Readings are done this way for clients to refer back to as I do so many i can't recall them all when asked questions at a later date about a reading i have given.

All readings must be paid for in full before I will sit and connect to read for anyone.  

Readings are non- refundable as it takes my time and energy to connect and read for someone. 

Reading will be sent within one week of payment received subject to availability 

All readings and connections are for entertainment purposes only and I can NOT be held liable for the clients actions in regards to the information shared from me to them. All clients do so of their own free will.

When booking a psychic reading with me, once payment is made in full, please note that this is your permission for me to connect into your energy and this takes time and energy therefore is non-refundable.

Mediumship Session are not guaranteed, sometimes there may not be a connection and if so I will refund the full amount to the client. 

Once I feel I have a connection I will ask 3 yes/no questions to determine if the connection is reliable, if I get more no answers than yes I will stop the session and return your payment, please also note that we can NOT pick and choose which spirit will connect with us so try not to have expectations of certain loved ones stepping forward.

Healing sessions are both hands on and distant - these sessions should be paid in full and then a time will be allocated for this session between myself and the client - 24 hours notice must be given for a cancellation or no payment will be refunded (subject to circumstances in which case half payment will be refunded)

Healing sessions should not be treated as a way of means to cure illness.
Healing is done on an energetic level and not physical- I AM NOT A PROFESSIONALLY QUALIFIED OR TRAINED DOCTOR AND CAN NOT CURE YOU. if you have worries about your health please do not contact me, please contact your G.P or for emergency treatment your local A&E i can not be held liable or responsible for any clients illness know or unbeknown to me before an energetic healing session.

No under 18's, I have the right to refuse any client, for instance if someone is looking for a reading every week and using them as a means to live their life.

All services i offer are for entertainment purposes only, and responsibility of actions taken by any client is done so of their own free will.

All services i offer will be arranged between myself and the client and received within one week of full payment received. Subject to availability 

I have the right to change or cancel any appointments booked at anytime - in doing so I will offer a new booking or full refund.
